BELTI-Universal Communications is a privately owned software development company founded in 1997. They now offer a wide range of services, both nationally and internationally, including custom software development (web solutions, corporate information systems, databases and integrated management systems), reverse engineering, system re-engineering, maintenance and multi-lingual support.

With a staff of 28 highly trained and qualified professionals BELTI has grown to be one of Russia's leading Web and RAD software houses. Their extensive in-house expertise includes emerging technologies and allows them to deliver scalable and stable business applications quickly and cost effectively.

The Moscow head office provides management and customer support, whilst the development load is shared with the design office in Smolensk.
