Evseeva N.K. was born in 1960. In 1984 she graduated from the sculpture faculty of the Penza Art School, which was named after K.A.Savitskiy. Since 1981she has been a constant participator of all exhibitions in Kalmyk Republic, the Russian Federation, USSR.

It was for the first time in the history of Kalmyk art when the work of Evseeva N.K. "Step" was bought by the State Tretiakov Gallery. Many of her creations were purchased by the ministries of culture of USSR and the Russian Federation, the Art Foundation of USSR, the All-union Association "Rosizopropaganda". There were publications about her in all-union and national media, also abroad: USA, Japan, Australia, Austria. In "Iskusstvo" magazine (II.1990) in the article " Art of Russian autonomies" S.Cgervonnaya writes: "… those achievements in other forms of art, which are dependable and only guarantees of revival of national cultures. Grandiose in integrity, smooth in strict contours and decoratively elegant made of cast metal "Step" of Evseeva N.K.

The name of N. Evseeva was put into the database of Eastern Nation's museum. Evseeva N.K. is an artist with her absolutely own and original face, she has perfect sense of form, of the keenest pure plastic arts, with sharp compositional variety, with monumental, lapidary style. Creative work of Evseeva includes deep philosophy, unique combination of traditional Eastern culture and audacious innovating of contemporary art searching. There were TV programs about sculptor Evseeva repeatedly shown on electronic media : " ORT " (1996), "TV Center"(1998), customary whetting resonance, interest and attention of wide audience. Her creations were noted by remarkable artists of nowadays Ernst Neizvestniy and Mikhail Chemyakin.

M.Chemyakin called Evseeva a " phenomenon sculptor ","she is one of the plead female-sculptors, individuals in the world art , who can give men odds", "prominent master and proud of Evseeva ", her creative work-"staggering event for me".
